DRINK DRIVER ARRESTED

On 23/08/2026 at around 01:50 officers stopped a black Kia Picanto on Meadow Way following suspicions the driver may be drink driving.

A roadside breath test was conducted on the driver who blew over the limit.

The 29-year-old female, from Tamworth, was arrested for driving whilst under the influence of alcohol.

She has since been released on bail and is due in court next month.
